Vibe HCM completed business in June 2022 and is no longer available. You can find other HRMS solutions which offer the same functionality for similar-sized businesses on our website, such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Infor HCM, and Cegid Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR.

Both Essentials and Edge are backed by Vibe Insights, a proprietary reporting & analytics engine that seamlessly combines traditional talent information with engagement, sentiment, peer recognition, and social data. Vibe Insights allows users to gain visibility into the holistic picture in one platform, taking the guesswork out of measuring and improving your organizational health.

Vibe HCM is powered by Vibe Anywhere, a Progressive Web App (PWA) which is a website technology developed by Google that drives the optimal mobile experience. As a result, Vibe Anywhere drives higher user adoption and site interactions, the forerunners to true engagement and ROI. Vibe HCM, powered by Vibe Anywhere is the only provider leveraging a PWA platform in the HCM space.

Vibe HCM offers extensive implementation services, encompassing project management, data conversion services, sandbox verification environments, and launch support. They will assign a client success manager to customers both during implementation and as a point of contact for support issues. A range of support options are offered; these include email and telephone support and refresher training sessions as well as access to online user guides and tutorials.
