Launched in Europe in 2007 our HRIS is modular so organizations can select what functionality they need.

The platform includes both an HR and employee portal. Functionality includes organization management, recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS), onboarding, electronic contracts (to handle complex union agreements), personnel files, leave management, document expiry tracking (for accreditation), scheduling, performance management, learning management system (LMS), and HR analytics. Communication is funnelled to all employees via the employee portal and through SMS/email messaging.

Recently we worked with our techs to launch our free “Work from Home” version of the software to help organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic.
