My client, Delta English School (DES) - based in Sharjah (UAE), is looking to purchase a robust and comprehensive HRMS software. DES does not possess any HRMS at the moment and is operating solely via Excel spreadsheets. DES wants their HRMS to encompass general HRMS features, attendance, talent management, applicant tracking, analytics, employee self service, training with integration to supported or independent LMS, benefits and integration capabilities with payroll. In addition, DES wants the software to accommodate 1000 employees while having unlimited users. We have narrowed our search to two - Sage HRMS and People-Trak (since DES wants an on-premise solution). The downside is Sage HRMS costs $84,000 more than People-Trak (for our situation, based on vendor price proposals). We are interested in Sage HRMS due to their reputation of being a market leader and since we already use Sage Peachtree for our accounting (the main impetus for us considering Sage HRMS). But we found that People-Trak does pretty much the same thing as Sage except their Employee Self Service and Applicant Tracking Systems are to be released soon and were not in the market previously (meaning we will be the guinea pigs, if choosing People-Trak). Aisde from that People-Trak garners equivalent or better reviews that Sage (especially is the area of batch document uploading in which Sage faulters). We are in a dilemma as to which solution to choose and would truly appreciate any help/advice
